Responsibilities
- Build and maintain real-time 3D spatial processing pipelines using LiDAR, camera feeds, and spatial telemetry.
- Develop computer vision models and algorithms for point-cloud processing, structural-feature extraction, building-geometry recognition, and 2D/3D floorplan generation.
- Translate research findings and AI/ML/LLM prototypes into maintainable, production-grade Python systems.
- Architect, deploy, and manage low-latency multi-model inference pipelines using AWS SageMaker and NVIDIA Triton Inference Server.
- Build end-to-end data and MLOps pipelines covering synthetic data, annotation, dataset versioning, deployment, telemetry, and model monitoring.
- Collaborate with software engineering, research, and product management teams to deliver scalable product releases.
Requirements
- Production-level mastery of Python and working knowledge of C++ or Swift.
- Hands-on experience with OpenCV, Open3D, or PCL for point-cloud filtering, spatial segmentation, feature extraction, and coordinate transformations.
- Deep experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow and proficiency with Scikit-learn.
- Experience building low-latency serving infrastructure with NVIDIA Triton Inference Server and managing model workflows on AWS SageMaker.
- Familiarity with model quantization, pruning, ONNX Runtime, and TensorRT for production acceleration.
- Foundation in linear algebra, 3D geometry, coordinate systems, and multi-sensor fusion, with awareness of modern LLM and multimodal applications.
- Basic wireless-domain knowledge and experience with iOS vision-model optimization using CoreML, ARKit, or Metal are preferred.
