Responsibilities
- Build new features and products end-to-end with engineers across the company
- Own problems across user experience, data models, scalability, operability, and ongoing metrics
- Drive roadmap direction, architectural design, and technical mentorship
- Collaborate with Sales and Support to understand customer needs
- Tune and polish features to a high degree of excellence
- Identify and implement reliability and performance improvements
- Maintain high engineering standards and consistency across codebases, infrastructure, and processes
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience designing, developing, and deploying full-stack products
- Strong proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or Python
- Experience architecting, building, and maintaining scalable, high-availability distributed systems
- Experience designing and optimizing SQL and/or NoSQL databases, including data modeling, query performance tuning, and schema design
- Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services
- Experience with modern frontend technologies and tools including ES6+, React, TypeScript, and Webpack
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and specialists in product, design, and operations is a bonus
- Experience driving initiatives across an organization or company is a bonus
- Experience running in-product experiments and A/B testing is a bonus
- Experience and interest in leveraging AI developer tools is a bonus
