Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end applications for authenticated customer experiences.
- Develop and maintain Node.js and Express.js services supporting front-end applications and API integrations.
- Design and implement micro frontend architectures, including independently deployable front-end integrations.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical decisions, code reviews, and adoption of engineering best practices.
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies.
- Provide technical consulting, guidance, and mentoring to development teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, back-end engineers, architects, DevOps professionals, clients, and globally distributed teams.
- Evaluate and safely integrate AI-generated code while maintaining quality, security, and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Strong experience with React.js, modern JavaScript including ES6+, and TypeScript.
- Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, web accessibility, and WCAG.
- Experience with state-management solutions such as Redux, Context API, or Zustand.
- Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and front-end design patterns.
- Practical experience designing and implementing micro frontend architectures and Webpack Module Federation or equivalent technologies.
- Strong experience with Node.js and Express.js, RESTful APIs, and service integrations.
- Knowledge of API security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library, plus code-quality and static-analysis tools.
- Practical experience using AI-based development tools and workflows, including safely evaluating AI-generated code.
- Advanced to fluent spoken and written English is mandatory for technical discussions, client meetings, workshops, presentations, documentation, and daily collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, independent-working, and teamwork skills.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and preferably consulting and client-communication experience.
- Experience with large-scale digital transformation projects, Domain-Driven Design, microservices ecosystems, and multinational consulting is desirable.
