Responsibilities
- Research and apply techniques, technologies, tools, and libraries that improve engineering efficiency.
- Design, build, manage, and scale high-availability, high-capacity, low-latency microservices.
- Develop communication and integrations between microservices and cloud and on-premise environments.
- Develop and maintain frontend solutions when needed alongside frontend specialists.
- Implement continuous integration, DevOps practices, and continuous deployment.
- Monitor services using CloudWatch, Kibana, and Grafana.
- Automate build, test, and deployment pipelines.
Requirements
- Solid experience designing, building, managing, and scaling microservice solutions.
- Strong knowledge of C# with .NET Framework and .NET Core, and TypeScript with Node.js.
- Ability and willingness to learn an additional technology stack when necessary.
- Experience building and maintaining frontend solutions with a JavaScript or TypeScript framework.
- Experience with Angular and/or React is desirable.
- Experience with Agile practices including Scrum, Kanban, pair programming, and TDD.
- Experience with DevOps and pipeline automation using Azure DevOps or TFS.
- Experience with cloud architecture, preferably AWS, is desirable.
- Experience with serverless architecture and containers is desirable.
- Knowledge of Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design is desirable.
- Experience using AI is desirable.
