Responsibilities
- Provide technical sustainment for critical Treasury systems and resolve incidents and problems in production environments.
- Develop scripts, tools, and small applications to automate operational activities and reduce manual work.
- Use generative AI and AI coding tools for troubleshooting, log analysis, root-cause analysis, scripting, documentation, and automation.
- Support observability and monitoring improvements, SQL query analysis, integrations, APIs, and batch processing jobs.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams and contribute to technical documentation and knowledge bases.
- Create proofs of concept and use cases for AI applied to systems support, including agents, LLM automations, RAG, MCP, and agentic workflows.
- Share knowledge and help the team adopt AI as a productivity tool.
Requirements
- Experience in systems sustainment and/or software development.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-investigation skills.
- Development knowledge, preferably with Java, Python, PL/SQL, or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of SQL, databases, APIs, and integrations.
- Experience with Git and software development practices.
- Practical experience using artificial intelligence and AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Devin, Rovo, or similar tools.
- Ability to use AI for development, problem investigation, task automation, and productivity improvement.
- Analytical, curious, proactive profile with strong interest in experimenting with new technologies and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of Control-M, Dynatrace, Splunk, DevOps, Tibco, Camel, containers, Kubernetes, or OpenShift is desirable.
- Experience in financial markets or Treasury processes is desirable.
- Experience building AI agents, LLM automations, RAG, MCP, AI API integrations, or agentic workflows is a relevant advantage.
