Responsibilities
- Research and adopt techniques, technologies, tools, and libraries that improve efficiency.
- Develop and scale high-availability, high-capacity, low-latency microservices.
- Apply multithreading in practical software development.
- Integrate microservices across cloud and on-premise environments.
- Develop and maintain frontend components when necessary alongside frontend specialists.
- Support continuous integration, DevOps, and continuous deployment.
- Monitor services using CloudWatch, Zabix, and Graphana.
- Develop backend systems and APIs with C# and .NET.
- Build generative AI applications using LLMs, API integrations, model orchestration, and intelligent agents.
- Design and implement RAG solutions using embeddings, semantic retrieval, vector databases, and knowledge architectures.
- Design enterprise AI architectures and integrate them with ERP, CRM, and other corporate platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and lead digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience developing backend systems and APIs with C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
- Experience applying architecture best practices, systems integration, and scalable solution development.
- Experience building generative AI applications with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, and Mistral.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and Microsoft Agent Framework for model orchestration and intelligent-agent development.
- Experience designing and implementing RAG solutions with embeddings, semantic retrieval, vector databases, and knowledge architectures.
- Knowledge of enterprise AI architecture and integration with business systems such as ERP, CRM, and corporate platforms.
- Experience with Scrum and Kanban, technical leadership, digital transformation initiatives, collaboration, and continuous value delivery.
- Cloud architecture experience, preferably with AWS.
- Knowledge of serverless architecture and containers.
- Knowledge of Kafka or Redis.
- Knowledge of Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design.
