Responsibilities
- Lead technical teams, mentor developers, and promote engineering excellence across Corporate Functions applications.
- Oversee the design and implementation of new functionality in accordance with architecture standards and best practices.
- Lead adoption of AI development tools such as Copilot, GitHub, and MCP.
- Coordinate process improvement, re-engineering, solution design, automation, and root-cause resolution.
- Debug and optimize code while reducing manual and repetitive work through automation.
- Manage the full software development lifecycle from design through deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement while monitoring industry trends and technologies.
Requirements
- Senior-level software development experience with significant hands-on expertise in Azure, C#, and .NET.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, best practices, and cloud environments.
- Technical knowledge in one or more of DevOps, IaaS production environments, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, GitLab CI/CD, and SonarQube.
- Experience managing and delivering software or infrastructure development projects.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement, re-engineering, and root-cause analysis and resolution.
- Ability to work flexibly in environments with changing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
