Base Salary

Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy AI agents at scale to accelerate technology and business roadmaps.
  • Design autonomous systems that reason, use tools, and complete multi-step tasks with LLMs and reasoning models.
  • Develop calibration scoring, guardrails, memory systems, agent orchestrations, and tool-calling integrations.
  • Collaborate across peer divisions and global India and US teams to align on AI solutions and demonstrate proofs of concept.
  • Evaluate emerging generative AI technologies and prototype improvements to AI architecture and platforms.
  • Design, implement, and operationalize distributed, scalable, and reliable batch and real-time data flows for AI agents.
  • Contribute to the cloud adoption and engineering roadmap and ensure robust architecture and implementation.
  • Share knowledge across team members while managing multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience building GenAI solutions and supporting component design, architecture, development, and operationalization of agent orchestrations at scale.
  • Mastery of LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and Microsoft's AutoGen for multi-agent workflows.
  • Deep expertise with OpenAI, Anthropic, and AWS Bedrock APIs, prompt engineering including Chain-of-Thought, and fine-tuning for agentic behaviors.
  • Ability to implement complex memory systems using vector databases such as Pinecone and Weaviate and Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines.
  • Proficiency integrating external APIs as agent tools, including function calling and error handling for malformed model outputs.
  • Expert-level Python skills and experience with backend technologies such as FastAPI, Node.js, or Go.
  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong written and verbal communication skills.
