Responsibilities
- Lead embedded software development for joystick products and brushless motor control.
- Develop CAN communication between new joystick products and existing platform controllers.
- Develop and customize bootloaders.
- Develop and integrate on-chip CAN, I2C, SPI, and UART drivers.
- Track and resolve BSP-level issues and bugs.
- Support software testing and validation.
- Write, port, and debug underlying peripheral driver programs independently.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics, communications, or a related field.
- More than five years of experience in embedded software development.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Familiarity with STMicroelectronics SoCs is preferred.
- Familiarity with I2C, SPI, UART, USB, and other common hardware interfaces and protocols.
- Proficiency with the CAN protocol, including its physical and data link layers, and experience developing CAN drivers and integrating protocol stacks.
- Familiarity with J1939, CANopen, and CAN2.0.
- Strong C/C++ programming, debugging, and software development skills.
- Ability to independently write, port, and debug low-level peripheral drivers.
- Basic control knowledge, such as PID.
