Responsibilities
- Lead innovation and development of managed switching solutions for SME markets.
- Develop zero-touch provisioning, cloud management integration, network segmentation, automated VLAN provisioning, QoS, security automation, and intelligent traffic management features.
- Design switching architectures balancing enterprise functionality, deployment simplicity, performance, and cost constraints.
- Drive ML-based anomaly detection, automated capacity planning, predictive maintenance, network analytics, and other performance intelligence capabilities.
- Lead customer research, competitive technical analysis, and collaboration with product management and field teams.
- Drive integration of cloud management, hybrid cloud networking, SD-WAN, site-to-site VPN automation, branch management, IoT device management, and unified communications optimization.
- Lead patentable innovation, contribute to industry standards, and represent technical innovation at conferences and technical forums.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
- 10–12 years of embedded switching software development experience focused on product delivery.
- At least 5 years of experience developing SME networking products or similar market-focused solutions.
- Deep expertise in switching ASIC architectures optimized for SME requirements.
- Expert-level knowledge of Broadcom SDK optimization.
- Advanced experience delivering complete products from conception through market delivery.
- Proven record of delivering innovative networking products with measurable business impact.
- Experience with customer-driven innovation and market-focused product development.
- Experience with design thinking, rapid prototyping, and customer-driven innovation processes.
