Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable applications, services, APIs, user experiences, and platform capabilities.
- Build cohesive solutions supporting enterprise information movement, decisions, workflows, and actions.
- Develop secure distributed services using integration, messaging, and event-driven architecture patterns.
- Contribute to AI-enabled and agentic systems and validate AI-generated code for correctness, security, maintainability, performance, and compliance.
- Write and maintain unit, integration, API, and end-to-end tests.
- Contribute to observability, accessibility, security, performance, scalability, and operational readiness.
- Participate in technical design, backlog refinement, code reviews, demonstrations, release activities, documentation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, data, quality engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver incremental functionality.
- Mentor engineers and promote consistent engineering practices, ownership, accountability, and technical excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong production software development experience with Java and Spring Boot or comparable backend technologies.
- Experience with modern web application development using React and TypeScript or comparable frontend technologies.
- Demonstrated experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and distributed services.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, including data modeling, query development, and performance optimization.
- Experience with cloud-native software development and deployment.
- Experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, source-control workflows, code reviews, and modern software development practices.
- Understanding of application security, authentication, authorization, secure coding, and data-protection practices.
- Preferred experience with Kafka, Confluent, event-driven architecture, asynchronous processing, Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, AKS, Helm, JFrog, Harness, or GitHub Actions.
- Preferred experience integrating enterprise and third-party systems, working with large-scale data and data platforms, or developing AI- and machine-learning-enabled applications, retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows, or AI output-evaluation capabilities.
- Preferred familiarity with domain-driven design, bounded contexts, event storming, API-first design, accessibility, observability, feature flags, production monitoring, and AI-native or Software Factory development models.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, documentation, ownership, accountability, judgment, and attention-to-detail skills.
