Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, and operate Watchtower services and systems for Agentic WorkSpaces.
- Develop telemetry, health, secure communications, monitoring, automation, and operational capabilities across supported operating systems and identity providers.
- Maintain high standards for availability, latency, security, reliability, and scalability.
- Drive incremental system optimizations and improve operational excellence and development practices.
- Dive deeply into complex technical problems and contribute to the skills and expertise of teammates.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- At least 2 years of experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software applications, tools, systems, or services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- At least 2 years of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
- At least 2 years of object-oriented design experience.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent and experience delivering complex software systems successfully to customers.
