Responsibilities

Improve workflows and user experiences for candidates, recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers.
Build reusable, scalable frontend components that integrate seamlessly across HackerRank products.
Champion frontend engineering best practices including performance, accessibility, testing, and code quality.
Regularly measure and optimize key web performance metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to raise product quality and user experience.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and interns.

4+ years of experience building production-ready React applications.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS with attention to accessibility.
Familiarity with the modern frontend ecosystem including Webpack and Babel.
Experience treating testing and debugging as integral to the development process.
Confidence in browser fundamentals, performance tuning, and responsive interface design.
Openness to using AI-native tools to enhance coding efficiency.
