Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI solution architectures and strategies for client business problems.
- Develop, operationalize, maintain, scale, monitor, and operate enterprise-scale software and ML applications and platforms.
- Create software and scripts to retrieve, parse, process, and convert structured and unstructured data for ML workflows.
- Build scalable solutions from scratch using languages such as Python or TypeScript.
- Develop innovative solutions to unusually complex problems with substantial autonomy.
- Mentor or supervise employees in company and technical competencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in application development, AI and ML engineering, software engineering, or data science.
- At least 3 years of experience designing, developing, operationalizing, and maintaining complex software or ML applications at enterprise scale.
- At least 1 year of experience creating software for retrieving, parsing, and processing structured and unstructured data for ML workflows.
- Experience working in collaborative and cross-functional environments.
- Ability to code and develop scalable solutions from scratch using Python or TypeScript.
- Ability to develop data-conversion scripts and programs and support AI/ML platform operations.
- TS/SCI clearance and eligibility to access classified information.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Preferred experience with full-stack application development, ML model deployment, Palantir Foundry, Spark, Databricks, Alteryx, real-time or streaming applications, AWS RDS, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, and AI/ML frameworks and tools.
