Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI solution architectures and strategies addressing client business problems while aligning with organizational goals and ethical considerations.
- Design, develop, operationalize, and maintain complex enterprise-scale software and machine learning applications.
- Create software, scripts, and programs that retrieve, parse, process, and convert structured and unstructured data for ML workflows.
- Develop scalable solutions from scratch using languages such as Python or TypeScript.
- Support project teams in scaling, monitoring, and operating AI and ML platforms.
- Solve unusually complex problems, provide innovative solutions, operate with substantial autonomy, and mentor or supervise employees.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in application development, AI and ML engineering, software engineering, or data science.
- At least 3 years of experience designing, developing, operationalizing, and maintaining complex software or ML applications at enterprise scale.
- At least 1 year of experience creating software for retrieving, parsing, and processing structured and unstructured data to support ML workflows.
- Experience working in collaborative and cross-functional teams and operating with minimal supervision.
- Ability to code and develop scalable solutions from scratch using Python or TypeScript.
- TS/SCI clearance and a bachelor’s degree are required.
- Preferred qualifications include full-stack development, ML model deployment, Palantir Foundry, Spark, Databricks, Alteryx, real-time or streaming applications, AWS RDS, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, and rapid mastery of AI/ML frameworks and tools.
