Base Salary
$194k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build, optimize, and maintain software systems using AI-enabled development practices.
- Collaborate across disciplines to understand the healthcare domain and iterate on projects.
- Work with distributed event-driven architectures in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Protect user privacy and security through data-security best practices and HIPAA-aware development.
- Learn and apply new programming languages, frameworks, and engineering techniques as needed.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software engineering experience, especially with distributed event-driven architectures.
- A generalist software engineering mindset and willingness to learn new languages, frameworks, and techniques.
- Familiarity with data security and HIPAA compliance.
- Ability to work in Garner’s New York City office three days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- Strong accountability, urgency, collaboration, and commitment to feedback.
- Employment visa sponsorship is not available.
