Responsibilities
- Architect, deploy, maintain, and optimize enterprise identity solutions using Okta, Saviynt, and SGNL.
- Configure Saviynt for access requests, RBAC/ABAC, access certification campaigns, and automated provisioning and deprovisioning.
- Manage Okta SSO, SAML, OIDC, adaptive MFA, passwordless authentication, and directory integrations.
- Implement Zero Trust, JIT access, and continuous event-driven authorization policies with SGNL.
- Develop custom connectors, workflows, and automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, Bash, and REST APIs.
- Collaborate with SOC and Incident Response teams on identity threats, privileged access abuse, and anomalous login behavior.
- Support least-privilege enforcement, audit reporting, and remediation of identity risk findings.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of direct, hands-on information security experience focused primarily on IAM.
- Deep technical expertise with Okta Workforce Identity Cloud, including Lifecycle Management, Universal Directory, Workflows, Adaptive MFA, and SSO integrations.
- Hands-on administration experience with Saviynt Enterprise IGA, including analytics, connector deployment, lifecycle workflows, and access request configuration.
- Experience with SGNL or similar fine-grained, policy-based continuous authorization platforms.
- Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML 2.0, SCIM, and LDAP.
- Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or Bash and REST API integrations.
- Understanding of Zero Trust Security and least-privilege access models.
- Preferred: experience with CyberArk or BeyondTrust PAM integrations.
- Preferred: Okta, Saviynt, CISSP, or CISM certifications.
- Preferred: cloud identity security experience with AWS IAM, Azure AD/Microsoft Entra ID, or GCP IAM.
