Base Salary
$240k - $320k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide AI transformation initiatives across product innovation and engineering productivity.
- Drive adoption of AI capabilities, building blocks, orchestration infrastructure, and platform services across application teams.
- Identify and deliver customer scenarios using AI for automation, insights, and workflow acceleration.
- Transform engineering workflows through AI-assisted development practices and modern software development methods.
- Define long-term AI and engineering transformation strategy and influence technical direction and investment priorities.
- Provide architectural leadership, technical guidance, mentorship, and consensus-building across teams without direct authority.
- Represent Acumatica with customers, partners, analysts, and at industry events and conferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- 15+ years of software engineering experience, including significant experience leading large-scale technical initiatives in SaaS or cloud-based enterprise software environments.
- Proven experience delivering and productizing AI/ML capabilities in enterprise applications.
- Strong enterprise application architecture experience balancing innovation, scalability, quality, reliability, and maintainability.
- Experience driving engineering transformation and AI-assisted engineering workflows.
- Ability to influence organizations, align senior stakeholders, and lead complex initiatives without direct authority.
- Deep technical credibility with strategic and hands-on capabilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering, product, and executive stakeholders.
- Advanced degree, experience in fast-moving product organizations, and experience with AI/ML partnerships, acquisitions, or ecosystem strategy are preferred.
