Base Salary
$194k - $285k/yr
Responsibilities
- Set and own strategic roadmaps for security initiatives.
- Prioritize customer experience and security design to mitigate risks.
- Become an expert in the Dasher Logistics engineering vertical.
- Collaborate with various teams to embed secure design practices.
- Mentor security engineers in deploying security measures.
- Perform manual and automated code reviews to identify vulnerabilities.
- Conduct application security assessments and manage vulnerabilities.
- Integrate security tools into the CI/CD process.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Product Security Engineer.
- Experience managing a diverse portfolio of products globally.
- Strong technical leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Empathetic and people-first approach to leadership.
- Expertise in authorization and authentication frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with OWASP top 10 vulnerabilities.
- Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language.
- Experience with mobile security app hardening is a plus.
- Broad technical experience in cloud-native production environments.
