Responsibilities
- Apply software development practices and standards to build robust, maintainable software.
- Participate in all parts of the software development lifecycle.
- Develop, build, and deploy scalable AI solutions for clients across industries.
- Guide non-technical teams and consultants on robust software development practices.
- Optimize the computational efficiency of algorithms and software designs.
- Collaborate directly with clients on new features and future product releases.
- Work collaboratively with engineering teams to share software design and solution ideas.
- Develop and deliver thought leadership, scientific papers, and conference presentations on behalf of BCG X.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university master’s or PhD degree program in computer research science, data science, statistics, operations research, or a related field.
- Demonstrated software development experience and familiarity with software development practices.
- Interest or experience in large-scale data analytics, AI solutions, and algorithm optimization.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, consultants, and non-technical teams in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity across industries and topics.
