Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage secure NetApp-based networked storage solutions.
- Build, enhance, and manage internal systems ranging from directory services to AI tools across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Promote strong engineering practices across the Enterprise Technology organization.
- Develop monitoring solutions to support high system uptime and reliability and proactively detect and resolve issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering or related disciplines.
- Experience managing networked storage with NetApp appliances.
- Experience troubleshooting NFS and SMB on Linux and Windows.
- Proficiency with Python.
- Experience managing and monitoring containerized infrastructure.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD.
- Experience with infrastructure as code and configuration management tools such as Terraform, SaltStack, Chef, Puppet, or Ansible.
- Experience working within an IT organization is a plus.
