Responsibilities
- Work with apparel, softgoods, and textile brands and manufacturers to understand business goals, workflows, and digital transformation needs.
- Lead the end-to-end 3D adoption lifecycle, including workflow investigation, transformation roadmaps, implementation, and post-implementation audits.
- Identify growth opportunities and oversee tailored solution implementation.
- Deliver client training programs, workshops, technical deep dives, and ongoing support.
- Lead live demonstrations, professional events, and local trade show participation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects, events, and initiatives.
- Participate in remote and on-site client projects and travel internationally when needed.
- Collaborate with software developers to propose and define future features and applications.
- Create 3D content for user engagement, social media, educational materials, and company initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience, preferably in the fashion industry, with strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with diverse cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
- Creative, curious, driven, agile, proactive, positive, and enthusiastic approach.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the city.
- Professional knowledge of 2D CAD is a plus.
- Proficiency in CLO3D, Marvelous Designer, or similar 3D software is a plus.
- Professional apparel, softgoods, or textile manufacturing experience and knowledge is a plus.
