Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance scalable software components across systems and applications.
- Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions to the immediate team and broader teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Apply debugging, testing, and performance optimization techniques.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software components.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
