Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, enhance, debug, test, and maintain custom software components using SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Optimize custom code and database performance in SAP HANA environments.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with multiple teams on technical and project decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems across the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and delivery.
- Work with integration techniques and tools within SAP landscapes.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required; the posting additionally specifies a minimum of 8 years in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA is required.
- Experience developing and optimizing custom code for SAP HANA environments.
- Strong understanding of database concepts and performance tuning in SAP systems.
- Ability to work with modern software frameworks and agile development methodologies.
- Skills in debugging, testing, and maintaining high-quality software components.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools within SAP landscapes.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
