Base Salary
$201k - $251k/yr
Responsibilities
- Strengthen and evolve frontend foundations built on React, TypeScript, and Vite.
- Use static analysis, local tools, and LLM coding tools to automate developer workflows.
- Optimize testing platforms, including unit tests and visual snapshots, for fast feedback and high confidence.
- Improve the stability, ergonomics, and speed of CI/CD pipelines.
- Unify technical and developer-sentiment metrics and build observability where needed.
- Promote effective frontend practices and represent the team’s work in larger venues.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years of software development experience with a strong frontend focus.
- Deep experience with React and TypeScript.
- Experience leading complex engineering projects spanning multiple teams or functions, including multi-stage rollouts or research and consensus-building.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to drive productive cross-organizational discussions.
- Experience maintaining internal libraries or platform tooling used by other engineers.
- Thorough understanding of modern frontend developer tooling and workflows, including build systems, CI/CD, web hosting, and testing.
- Willingness to investigate web platform and Vite internals, upstream fixes, and resolve broken deployment pipelines.
