Responsibilities
- Architect and implement autonomous agentic AI workflows using LLMs, memory modules, tool-use frameworks, and decision-making systems.
- Develop and optimize multi-agent frameworks using LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, AutoGPT, and LangGraph.
- Integrate agentic workflows with Microsoft Copilot Studio and enterprise applications and services.
- Monitor agent performance using task success rate, latency, adaptability, and cost-efficiency metrics.
- Implement observability, compliance measures, ethical guardrails, and responsible AI practices.
- Develop production-ready AI applications and pipelines using cloud AI services and cloud-native application patterns.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience is listed, with an additional requirement of at least 7.5 years in AI Agents and Workflow Integration.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience with generative AI technologies such as GPT, Claude, and LLaMA.
- At least 1 year of experience building or managing agentic workflows, including practical experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio integration.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, Docker, and REST APIs.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, and context management.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
