Responsibilities
- Communicate project status, recommendations, requirements, and developed features to client stakeholders.
- Build efficient, performant, testable, scalable, secure, and high-quality client software.
- Plan and estimate work, participate in delivery methodologies, and drive projects from conceptualization through deployment.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and managers to understand user needs and iterate on solutions.
- Participate in software development ceremonies and governance activities.
- Mentor engineers and decision-makers through Communities of Practice and project teams.
- Design and implement enterprise-level systems using established architecture and quality standards.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience, including experience as a React Developer.
- Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
- In-depth knowledge of frontend development, state management, component lifecycle, and UI/UX principles.
- Experience designing and consuming APIs and applying object-oriented programming principles.
- High-level design proficiency with UML, C4, or ArchiMate.
- Experience creating well-tested, scalable, and performant enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of SOLID principles, OWASP, architectural and design patterns, unit testing, and cloud development with AWS.
- Experience mentoring engineers and decision-makers and proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with frontend performance optimization, troubleshooting, build tools, CI/CD pipelines, ORMs, and Agile software development.
