Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Identify and propose novel applications of AI/ML using large-scale EHR data.
- Design, develop, and evaluate state-of-the-art models such as foundation models and generative AI.
- Integrate structured and unstructured EHR data with emerging data types like genomics and clinical notes.
- Collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, and product teams to translate research ideas into real-world solutions.
- Contribute to top-tier conferences and journals, representing Truveta in the research community.
- Proactively identify unaddressed problems and define new research directions.
Requirements
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Biomedical Informatics, or a related field.
- Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, or statistical modeling.
- Experience applying ML to healthcare, biomedical, or clinical datasets.
- Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Ability to work across disciplines and communicate with both technical and clinical stakeholders.
