Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, integrate, and enhance reusable software components across systems and enterprise applications.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team to deliver solutions.
- Make decisions for the team and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and partner teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance productivity and software quality.
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance in a cloud environment.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience developing Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience developing reusable components and integrating them into complex enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices.
- 15 years of full-time education.
