Base Salary

$144k - $194k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable pricing platform services for data vending, notification, and price publishing.
  • Design and optimize distributed systems for performance, maintainability, scalability, and extensibility.
  • Build new multi-tenant services that increase publishing capacity.
  • Integrate data from a large number of services and support new features and system creation.
  • Collaborate with product, science, and business teams on new ideas and approaches.
  • Participate in peer code reviews, mentoring, and improvements to engineering practices.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • At least 2 years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
  • Experience programming in at least one software programming language.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
