Base Salary
$60k - $125k/yr
Responsibilities
- Contribute to development work that reduces technical debt and improves code quality.
- Solve defined technical problems and seek guidance from senior team members when needed.
- Participate in code reviews, incorporate feedback, and develop technical skills.
- Apply software development practices including documentation, testing, debugging, and data structures.
- Maintain metrics and complete tasks according to defined processes.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve system reliability, efficiency, quality, and maintainability.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Foundational knowledge of software engineering principles and practices.
- Familiarity with modern cloud-based technologies and software security practices.
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD and automated testing use cases.
- Basic knowledge of Agile frameworks and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative engineering environment.
