Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
- Customize and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud to support business processes.
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
- Design scalable and maintainable Salesforce applications.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues.
- Support deployment and release activities.
- Lead and mentor a team of 4–5 Salesforce developers.
- Provide technical guidance, review code, allocate tasks, and support timely project delivery.
Requirements
- At least six years of experience designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, customization, and solution design.
- Hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience managing and mentoring a team of 4–5 developers.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification is preferred.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
- Exposure to Git, Copado, Jenkins, or Bitbucket is preferred.
- Willingness to work extended shifts.
