Base Salary
$75k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy nCino and Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Screen Flows, and Visualforce.
- Build scalable custom business functionality using Apex, SOQL, asynchronous processing, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Develop and support Experience Cloud customer, partner, and community portals.
- Implement and maintain integrations using REST APIs, middleware platforms, Platform Events, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Collaborate with product, business, and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Support CI/CD deployment, release management, production support, and ongoing application enhancements.
- Perform data migration, mapping, transformation, reconciliation, and data quality activities.
- Participate in solution design, technical reviews, architecture discussions, documentation, and platform governance.
- Deliver feature-level work with minimal oversight and contribute to larger cross-functional initiatives.
- Support junior developers through knowledge sharing and peer reviews.
- Maintain compliance with bank policies, security requirements, and applicable banking regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4–7 years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II or other advanced Salesforce certifications are preferred.
- Strong experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, Screen Flows, and Salesforce development best practices.
- Experience building and supporting Experience Cloud solutions and customer, partner, or community portals.
- Experience implementing Salesforce integrations with REST APIs, middleware platforms, and Platform Events.
- Experience with data migration, data mapping, ETL processes, data transformation, and data quality initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing models, governor limits, and platform architecture.
- Experience with source control and CI/CD tools such as Git, Copado, AutoRABIT, GitHub, or Azure DevOps.
- nCino development, configuration, and implementation experience is strongly preferred.
- Financial services, commercial lending, banking, credit, or other regulated-industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, asynchronous processing, and enterprise integration patterns is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across technical and business teams, with strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
