Base Salary
$140k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Configure and implement ServiceNow ITSM, OMT, TSM, and TSOM modules.
- Build and maintain forms, reports, views, workflows, groups, roles, dashboards, and scheduled reporting.
- Create and manage integrations involving ServiceNow, Elastic, Netcool, and Kafka.
- Develop, customize, troubleshoot, and upgrade the ServiceNow platform and applications.
- Design workflows and solutions for ticketing, order management, automation, orchestration, and re-engineered business processes.
- Support data migration and maintain high-quality configuration data across multiple CMDB sources.
- Analyze customer data trends to improve user experience and network performance.
- Gather requirements, engage customers on technical decisions, and collaborate with engineering, development, and analysis teams.
- Incorporate UI/UX requirements, follow coding standards, and maintain technical and process documentation.
- Design solutions aligned with configuration management policies in an Agile Scrum environment.
Requirements
- Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance.
- Ability to pass additional customer suitability screenings before starting.
- Current Security+ certification or an equivalent or higher certification.
- Level III: bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4–8 years of relevant experience; additional experience may substitute for the degree.
- Level IV: bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 8–12 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree and 6 or more years of experience; additional experience may substitute for the degree.
- At least 3 years of experience designing, developing, and supporting technology infrastructure.
- At least 2 years of ServiceNow development experience, including ServiceNow upgrade experience.
- Strong customer service, communication, collaboration, prioritization, independent work, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to changing technology, and receive mentoring from senior developers.
- Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer experience, familiarity with Agile development and testing methodology, exposure to TSM, TNI, and OMT, and AWS or ServiceNow certifications.

- Anticipated base salary range of $140,000–$150,000.
