Base Salary
$185k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and ship end-to-end workflows across the software stack.
- Build features, take them to production, and solve real-world problems at scale.
- Raise the bar for code quality and technical decision-making as an early technical steward.
- Establish engineering patterns, tools, mental models, and platforms that support company growth.
- Talk to and visit customers in the field to understand their problems and improve solutions.
Requirements
- Strong coding skills with proficiency in languages such as JavaScript, C++, Python, Rust, or similar languages.
- Strong engineering ability, ideally developed at startups.
- Familiarity with storage and data processing systems, cloud infrastructure, and other technical tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to iterate quickly, incorporate feedback, and maintain a high quality bar.
- Curiosity, customer focus, accountability, empathy, and comfort taking risks and learning from failure.
