Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and execution of automated test scripts.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other cross-functional teams to define test requirements.
- Ensure software release quality and reliability through functional, integration, load, and distributed-system testing.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks and testing tools.
- Lead, mentor, and guide automation testers and junior automation engineers.
- Report on test progress, defects, and overall product quality.
- Drive continuous improvements in automation testing processes and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven QA automation experience, including experience in leadership roles.
- Experience with automation frameworks for functional, integration, load, and distributed-system testing.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies.
- Experience with Selenium, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG, Gatling, JMeter, LoadRunner, Gremlin, or Chaos Monkey, or similar tools.
- Programming experience with Java, Scala, or Python.
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, and API testing.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Gaming industry experience is a significant plus.
