Responsibilities
- Monitor and check business applications to help keep systems running smoothly.
- Assist with testing, release checks, and simple troubleshooting for system changes and fixes.
- Prepare and update documentation, guides, and support notes.
- Work with engineers, testers, and business users to understand issues, share updates, and complete assigned tasks.
- Suggest process improvements, ways to reduce manual work, and user-experience enhancements.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a diploma in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related course.
- Basic exposure to coding, databases, testing, or systems through school projects, internships, or personal learning.
- Interest in software, business applications, cloud, data, and technology supporting customers and business teams.
- Curious, proactive, open to feedback, and willing to ask questions while learning.
- Able to communicate clearly, collaborate effectively, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
