Responsibilities
- Own the technical relationship with a portfolio of strategic customers and ensure the hx platform is embedded in their ecosystems.
- Design and deliver integrations with policy administration systems, data warehouses, BI tooling, identity providers, and other customer technologies.
- Develop value-realisation plans that connect technical delivery to measurable customer and business outcomes.
- Create reusable AI-first consulting frameworks, templates, and delivery artefacts.
- Manage delivery scope, identify risks, and coordinate with Customer Success, Delivery, and customer-side technical teams.
- Share architectural patterns, lead internal knowledge-sharing sessions, and help codify Solution Architect best practices.
Requirements
- Code to a high standard using Python.
- Have supported technical delivery of SaaS platform integrations in a team setting.
- Have experience building positive technical relationships with IT, data, and other stakeholder teams.
- Communicate technical choices and delivery progress clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Have experience in a post-sale or customer-facing technical role such as Junior Solution Architect, Technical Support, or Implementation Analyst.
- Have used AI or automation tools to improve work quality, speed, or consistency.
- Have supported delivery processes including project planning, risk identification, and team coordination.
- Experience with AWS architecture, SQL, and a computer science or software development background is beneficial.
