Base Salary
$108k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end agentic AI architecture frameworks using LLMs, multi-agent systems, and orchestration layers.
- Design autonomous AI agents with planning, reasoning, memory management, and tool-use capabilities.
- Establish secure, scalable, cloud-native reference architectures for enterprise AI applications.
- Integrate AI agents with data platforms, ERP, CRM, APIs, and event-driven systems.
- Partner with client stakeholders, data and platform teams, and cross-functional engineering groups to shape technical direction.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in AI/ML and GenAI, including LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, multi-agent architectures, and agent frameworks.
- Strong Python programming skills and hands-on experience with AI libraries.
- Experience architecting on cloud platforms, preferably Azure, including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, and Databricks, or AWS or GCP.
- Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Synapse, REST APIs, microservices, and event streaming technologies such as Kafka and Event Hub.
- Strong DevOps and MLOps capabilities, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring, logging, and experiment tracking.
- Familiarity with Java, Scala, or Node.js is preferred.
- Experience delivering AI solutions in regulated or enterprise insurance environments is preferred.
- Experience partnering directly with client stakeholders to shape and advance technical direction is preferred.
