Base Salary
$104k - $166k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML algorithms for complex business and mission requirements.
- Select datasets, perform statistical analysis, run machine learning algorithms, and use results to improve models.
- Train, retrain, schedule, deploy, monitor, and improve models based on iterative user and system feedback.
- Integrate data pipelines and apply data engineering, infrastructure management, and data governance principles to support scalable AI/ML solutions.
- Run standard test and evaluation protocols and provide system integration oversight.
- Interpret and present performance metrics and align models with customer-defined business logic and operational objectives.
- Potentially lead geographically distributed teams and serve as a primary point of contact for AI-related initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in advanced mathematics, computer science, or a related STEM discipline from an accredited college or university.
- In lieu of a bachelor's degree, qualifying additional machine learning experience on similar projects may be substituted.
- Zero years of experience is required with an MS/MA; experience training, retraining, deploying, scheduling, monitoring, and improving models is required for the role.
- Minimum TS/SCI clearance is required, with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI with polygraph required to start.
- Experience working with multiple machine learning libraries and packages.
- Expert knowledge of multiple programming languages such as Python, Java, C, and R is desired.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
