Responsibilities
- Collaborate across the organization to translate business priorities and requirements into shipped features and technical specifications.
- Build clean, efficient, well-documented, scalable SaaS applications and end-to-end product features.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance for resilient software development.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Mentor junior software engineers and support continuous learning.
- Improve development processes, tools, operational excellence, and technology adoption.
- Use customer empathy and collaboration to improve product experiences and customer outcomes.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
- BA/BS in a computer science-related field or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience developing highly scalable cloud-native applications.
- Experience working across the frontend and backend and shipping features end-to-end.
- Experience working with customers to improve product experiences.
- Experience building AI-driven user experiences, agents, and workflow automation; direct ML experience is not required.
- Experience building applications on AWS or Azure using modern development and operational practices.
- Experience using Grafana for observability and performance monitoring.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, and NodeJS.
- Proficiency with event-driven architecture, API integration, and GraphQL.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
