Responsibilities
- Design and deliver technology architecture for scalable conversational AI and contact center platforms.
- Design bot platforms using Google Dialogflow CX and Google Cloud Platform.
- Integrate Dialogflow CX with backend systems, APIs, and telephony platforms including Twilio and Genesys.
- Implement security and redaction policies for PII, PCI, and HIPAA compliance.
- Architect for Google Cloud quotas, regions, failover, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Implement CI/CD automation using Cloud Build or GitHub Actions.
- Manage Google Cloud cost optimization, quotas, and limits.
- Extract usage insights using BigQuery, Looker Studio, and analytics tools.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in contact center technology implementation.
- 15 years of full-time education are required.
- A BE or BTech degree is required.
- Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect or Professional Cloud Developer certification is indicated.
