Responsibilities
- Build internal business-process automations using low-code platforms, scripts, APIs, AI tools, and productivity software.
- Develop workflows for approvals, notifications, data collection, reporting, document generation, task tracking, and knowledge management.
- Integrate Google Workspace, email, databases, forms, dashboards, and internal systems.
- Use AI technologies for document summarization, data extraction, classification, content generation, search, and workflow assistance.
- Create and maintain scripts, connectors, templates, prompts, and reusable automation components.
- Test, troubleshoot, monitor, and enhance deployed automations.
- Document solution designs, user instructions, configurations, limitations, and maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate with IT and InfoSec on authentication, access control, data handling, logging, and approval standards.
- Help business users use automation tools effectively and identify opportunities to improve existing workflows.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in automation development, scripting, productivity tooling, systems integration, IT support engineering, business applications, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with at least one scripting or automation technology, such as Python, JavaScript, Google Apps Script, Zapier, or Make.
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, data formats, forms, spreadsheets, databases, and workflow logic.
- Preferred experience with productivity platforms such as Google Workspace or Lark.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and communicate clearly with business users.
- Strong documentation discipline.
- Preferred experience using generative AI tools or APIs, prompt design, document processing, chatbot workflows, or knowledge base automation.
- Basic SQL or data analysis experience and experience with dashboards or reporting tools are preferred.
- Familiarity with permissions, secrets management, data privacy, and audit logs is preferred.
- Experience supporting regional or cross-functional business users is preferred.
