Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and develop business-critical trading systems.
- Take projects through the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to production release.
- Collaborate with technologists, traders, and quantitative analysts to deliver optimal outcomes.
- Develop and optimize high-performance C# backend systems.
- Apply software design, profiling, object-oriented programming, multithreading, and performance expertise.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical or related discipline.
- Track record, working knowledge, or strong interest in options, trading, risk, or quantitative systems development.
- Exceptional C# development skills with deep knowledge of design, profiling, object-oriented programming, multithreading, and performance, particularly in backend development.
- Previous experience or working knowledge of options, risk, pricing, and Greeks is highly regarded.
- Experience with microservices and cloud technologies such as Azure Service Fabric, Envoy Proxy, gRPC, Protobuf, React, Docker, Kubernetes, Octopus Deploy, and the ELK Stack is nice to have.
