Responsibilities
- Support system enhancements and development initiatives for retirement solutions systems.
- Perform hands-on coding, system development, configuration, debugging, and application maintenance.
- Develop and test application components, support integrations and data processing, and assist with unit, SIT, and UAT testing.
- Troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, escalate complex problems, and maintain technical and system documentation.
- Support production releases and post-implementation activities.
- Follow software development, coding, governance, risk, compliance, security, data protection, change management, and release processes.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and cross-functional teams and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in software development or programming.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Java, .NET, Python, or similar programming languages.
- Understanding of system development, coding, configuration, databases using SQL, and basic system integration concepts.
- Exposure to SDLC, Agile, or DevOps practices is advantageous.
- Strong willingness to learn, analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to follow guidance, and effective communication and teamwork skills.
