Responsibilities
- Support system enhancements and software development initiatives for retirement solutions systems.
- Perform hands-on coding, system development, configuration, debugging, and application maintenance.
- Support system integration, data processing, unit testing, SIT/UAT testing, and defect resolution.
- Maintain technical and system documentation and follow established development and release processes.
- Support production releases, post-implementation activities, governance, risk, compliance, and audit reviews.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and cross-functional teams while contributing to knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in software development or programming.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Java, .NET, Python, or similar programming languages.
- Understanding of system development, coding, configuration, databases, and system integration concepts.
- Familiarity with SQL and exposure to SDLC, Agile, or DevOps practices is advantageous.
- Strong willingness to learn, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work under guidance.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
