Responsibilities
- Develop new products and features while maintaining and improving existing systems.
- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Build high-performance, scalable systems for treatment-planning solutions such as Brachy products.
- Analyze and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments.
- Investigate and troubleshoot customer-reported issues, including reproduction and root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with global engineering and support teams to maintain product quality and stability.
- Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and engineering best practices.
- Create and maintain design, implementation, and defect-analysis documentation.
- Improve development processes, tools, and engineering practices.
- Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Foundation in object-oriented programming and software design.
- Proficiency in C# or a similar programming language; full-stack development experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills for working in a global environment.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Preferred: experience with .NET technologies.
- Preferred: familiarity with Angular, React, or Vue.
- Preferred: knowledge of automated testing frameworks or CI/CD pipelines.
- Preferred: experience with web services or API development and integration.
- Preferred: familiarity with cloud or distributed-system architectures.
- Preferred: experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or safety-critical software.
- Preferred: strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
