Responsibilities
- Build and ship high-impact software features across the Gridsight platform.
- Own features end-to-end, from understanding the problem through production shipping and iteration.
- Make trade-offs between speed, quality, and scope to maximize product outcomes.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and data engineering teams to shape the platform.
- Use AI-assisted development tooling to accelerate delivery.
- Contribute to code quality, testing, observability, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 4–8+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of impact at Senior or Staff level.
- Strong engineering fundamentals, including clean architecture, testing practices, code review, and CI/CD.
- Experience shipping user-facing product features in production.
- Fluency with AI-assisted development tools, agentic coding tools, or LLM-assisted workflows.
- Strong ownership and bias to action, with the ability to take work from idea to working software.
