Requirements
- Strong compliance-first systems mindset with experience in KYC, AML, or fraud.
- Fluent use of modern AI coding tools and workflows.
- Production experience integrating AI/ML models into Java services.
- Hands-on experience with LLM application patterns.
- Discipline around AI output and evaluation processes.
- Good understanding of software engineering basics and distributed systems.
