Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications and Workday integrations to satisfy business and application requirements.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Resolve technical problems for the immediate team and broader teams.
- Lead process-improvement efforts within the team.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication around project objectives and deliverables.
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues and optimize application functionality.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 5 years of experience with Workday Core Integrations is required.
- Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
- Experience with integration design patterns and middleware technologies related to Workday.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise application configuration and customization.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
- Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques.
- Understanding of security protocols and compliance requirements for software integration.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
