Base Salary
$66k - $83k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality, scalable frontend features using modern frameworks such as React and TypeScript.
- Create and maintain reusable UI components, shared libraries, and patterns.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into user interfaces.
- Contribute to frontend architecture and make decisions on state management and performance optimization.
- Improve application performance and reliability by identifying bottlenecks and optimizing rendering.
- Review code and provide technical feedback to raise quality standards.
- Drive best practices in testing, documentation, and CI/CD workflows.
- Participate in planning and estimation, offering technical insights and identifying risks.
- Champion user experience by ensuring UI decisions align with customer needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in modern frontend development with at least two years in React.
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and browser APIs.
- Strong CS fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and networking essentials.
- Experience with React component design patterns, state management frameworks, and UI performance tuning.
- Familiarity with build systems, testing frameworks, and CI/CD workflows.
- Deep understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Experience with Authentication/authorization flows such as OAuth and JWT.
- Ability to design modular, scalable frontend architectures.
